The manner of our work

A shipment is accepted only on a written instruction. Marks, addresses, and special handling are taken as given. MoveCourier does not vary a shipper’s order. Where the movement is larger than a single parcel, the same instruction governs express, air, ocean, and warehousing.

From acceptance, goods remain in named custody. They are received, held, and released by persons who can be identified. Lanes are opened with correspondents known to the house. Irregularities are referred to operations support, not to an unattended queue.

Collection and delivery are made only by an authorized agent of this house. Confirm the name, role, and staff number in the agent directory when someone attends, or when they reach you claiming a delivery. If they cannot be verified, withhold the goods and inform the house.

A record of the movement is kept—scans, exceptions, and proof of delivery—so the journey may be read afterwards by the customer, by the house, or under the terms of carriage and customs requirements.
